Mr. Pramod Dabrase, a trained Environmental Scientist has been working as a development professional for over fourteen years has been working as a development professional for over fourteen years. Has specialized in the field of water and sanitation including waste water management, septage management, health and hygiene, solid waste management, Watershed Management, pro poor WATSAN approaches, urban and Rural governance,decentralized approaches in waste water treatment and management and cross cutting issues including community development, economics, institutionalization, energy, climate change, IT (including GIS), etc and has a rich experience of working in urban and rural development and governance.

Rishi has a rich experience of initiating and being involved with numerous environmental campaigns at the city and community level. He brings a good understanding of environmental issues besides a keen interest and knowledge of government functioning. He has been involved with saving mangrove forests in Mumbai, decentralised waste management and improving public transport and walkability in cities among other campaigns.

Cinema Century Awarded 2013, for the contribution through films on social issues (More than 100 documentary films). Expert in planning, Development & Implementation of Creative Communication methods for the Community Mobilization including performing arts & audio- visual media. He has specialized in IEC, HRD, BCC & Communication Training packages. Worked for many International & National organizations/Institutes including Unicef,W The World Bank, Save the Children, USAID, Care India, Government of UP, Maharashtra, Bihar, MP ,Jharkhand, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh etc.

Mr Chakradhar Indurkar has done his MA, M.Phil and PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. His area of interests are Entrepreneurship, Environment, Decent Work and Social Exclusion Research. He has diverse work experience in academic and research projects in rural, urban, tribal and industrial settings.He has presented number of research papers and has publications in international, national journals.Presently, working as an honouree editor of a monthly magazine called ‘Times of Affirmative Action’ and being associated with social member base organisations.

Mr Manish Harle has been completed MA. In Water Policy & Governance (School of Habitat study) from the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai. He has passed out as a Chemical Engineering (B.Tech) from Jawaharlal Darda Institute of Engineering & Technology, Yavatmal. His area of interest including Solid and Liquid Waste Management, Water Quality, Water pollution, Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH).

He has professional work experience in Private sector as well. He has worked on the rural water supply system, 24*7 water supply scheme, and toilet technologies. Presently Manish is working CSEDI as Research Analyst.

Dr. Abhay Junaghare is an infrastructure development professional. He is working in the sector since 2011 for more than 6 years now. Apart from being a qualified Health professional and Public Policy expert, he is adept in the sectors of Water, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, Sustainable Development and Climate Change, PPP and Advocacy.

He has acquired two professional degrees, i.e. Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik; and M.Sc. Habitat Policy and Practice (MHPP), from School of Habitat Studies (SoHS), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai (Deemed University). He also has a Certificate in ‘Specialized Module on Cities and Climate Change’, from UNITAR, UNCC:Learn and UN HABITAT.

Since 2011, he has worked with many organisations, notably, National Environmental Engineering and Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur; All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG), Mumbai; CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, CRISIL (A Standard & Poor’s Company), Mumbai; Centre for Sustainable Environment and Development Initiatives (CSEDI), Navi Mumbai; KPMG Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.

He has worked on several projects including National Schemes like JNNURM and SBM. He is currently working as an Independent/ Freelance Consultant from Nagpur, Maharashtra.
