Mr. Pramod Dabrase, a trained Environmental Scientist has been working as a development professional for over fourteen years has been working as a development professional for over fourteen years. Has specialized in the field of water and sanitation including waste water management, septage management, health and hygiene, solid waste management, Watershed Management, pro poor WATSAN approaches, urban and Rural governance,decentralized approaches in waste water treatment and management and cross cutting issues including community development, economics, institutionalization, energy, climate change, IT (including GIS), etc and has a rich experience of working in urban and rural development and governance.

Anand , has been around in the development sector for more than 13 years.After graduating from Marathawada Agricultural University, Parbhani from Maharashtra he pursued his M Tech in Aquacultural engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, West Bengal. In the initial years of his development career he worked on Natural Resources Management with special focus on Watershed Development Program in the Central Himalayan Region in the states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. he moved to Rajasthan and spent about two and half years working on the NRM issues and monitoring program of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

Dr. Megha Phansalkar - , A Development Professional for 18 years with specialization in urban and regional planning which includes Information and Communication Technology (ICT),Geographical Information System (GIS), Knowledge Management and monitoring / evaluation, participatory approaches in community driven projects and accountability related tools and mechanism. She holds a Doctorate in System Design for Resource Planning and Management with National UGC fellowship, post graduate degrees in Planning (Urban /Regional Planning) from Center from Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT),Ahmedabad and Geography from Devi Ahilaya Vishwavidhayala, Indore.
